When we are notified of your donation or purchase, we recieve the name of the credit card holder, the address, and the email address used in the PayPal transaction. We hold on to this information for our records and may give this information to event staff in the form of a WillCall list to identify ticket holders at WillCall. With the exception of production staff for the event you have purchased tickets for, PoetryTickets.com and WRITE NOW Poetry Society will never sell or give away your personal contact information to any third party ever. We also take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the personal information that you share with us from unauthorized access or disclosure.
WRITE NOW Poetry Society may use your contact information to reach you if any issues arise, such as postponement or cancellation of an event, or to confirm details of purchase. You also may be contacted about future poetry events in your area we believe will be of interest to you.
